You need a skill sales person that competent on how to tactfully get the right information from buyers like their price range, beds/baths, distance to beach, and lifestyle requirement, you know, what they're looking for in our market while over-coming their objections!
Why is this important? Because many people aren't confident enough in themselves to make one of the most significant purchases of their lives without being encouraged! It's like how when the girl you liked, brought her best friend along for approval--that's what a good agent does!
The conversation may go a little something like this: "Oh! So you play golf? Great! Within 15 minutes of this property, there are 5 golf courses, and the Tanger Outlets are only 10 minutes away! While you're out playing golf on the weekends, your wife can be shopping at the outlets! Myrtle Beach is going to be a perfect fit for your guys (so long as it actually is a good fit for the buyers).
I am not a one-man show. I am backed by a team called the Cana Group! If life happens, I can easily contact a team member for help with your deal! Furthermore, our Team's Director of Operations, Rose Bain, is also my Transaction Coordinator. 5. Published a blog post on our website for your property.
6. Posted your property on Facebook and Instagram.
7. Filmed, edited, and published a YouTube video of your property so that it's infront of Out-of-State Buyers!
